Terms & Conditions – Movie For 2 (Monday -Sun )

1.This voucher entitles the user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday -Sun ). Offer valid in select cities.
2.Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday - Sunday . All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be attended to on the subsequent business day.
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. To avail of the offer, customers to show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
6. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forth coming movie releases will be entertained.
7. Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 24 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie tickets, in case the customer is non contactable, the booking request will be cancelled and cannot be rebooked again.
8. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
9. The offer is open to residents of India only.
10 .This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
11. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, Imax, and other special screenings.
12. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.
13. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
14. The voucher is valid for the best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier, and Gold, XL, Recliner, Director’s Cut or any other class seats.
15. The cinema voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
16. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
17. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
18. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is open to residents of India, except employees of Shoppers Stop Limited and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its agents and distributors and their immediate families.
2. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
3. A maximum of one voucher may be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per household, per venue, per booking group (the group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder).
4. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer
5. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon a few conditions to be followed by the voucher holder. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.
6. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
7. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.
8. The “How to Use” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
10. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd has already emailed or sent by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
14. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
15. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
16. Participating venues reserve the right to vary the timings and offer availability. Some venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer. Customers are recommended to call the concierge in advance to check the exact terms of the offer.
17. In the event of large promotional uplift, venues reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 6 months from the date our agents call you to make a promotional booking.
18.Shoppers Stop Limited and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD. vouchers, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues.
19. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
20. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
21. Shoppers Stop Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD. of such a product or service.
22. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.

Terms & Conditions for Sunday Brunch for 2 in a 5 Star Hotel

1. This offer entitles you to One Free Sunday Brunch for 2 people at participating restaurants in select cities of India.
2. Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday or any public holiday will be attended to on the subsequent Monday or working day.
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. Our concierge representative will call you 24 hours prior to your preferred date of booking and confirm your booking. An SMS & E-mail confirming the booking will be sent to your registered mobile number.
6. Once booked, the booking cannot be canceled or rescheduled. If you do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
7. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
8. To avail of the offer, please present the booking confirmation e-voucher and SMS confirmation at the venue prior to making the order or on arrival.
9. The offer is valid across a select range of Brunch buffet/set menu selections at select restaurants. Each venue may have a separate selection that falls under this offer. The customer is advised to call the restaurant in advance and check for details prior to usage.
10. This is an offer for up to a maximum of two people only and applicable only on the brunch buffet/set menu. Side dishes and extras are not included. Any extra person accompanying the brunch voucher holder must pay the full price at actuals at the venue itself.
11. Any additional courses, or beverages ordered must be paid in extra actual by the customers on clearing the bill at the restaurant.
12. This offer cannot be availed in conjunction with any other special offer.
13. The list of participating restaurants remains subject to change.
14. The voucher can be used only once per venue, per day over the validity period. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed together.
15. Beverages and other items ordered that do not form part of this offer will be charged at actual.
16. Offer valid only for dine-in customers and not valid on home delivery.
17. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the offer and reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. Public Holidays).
18. Some participating venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer.
